Violet Oak Developments are currently looking to work with investors through both private loans and equity share splits. 

Private Loans

We are looking for private loans between £100k and £6 million, offering returns of a flat 10% p.a. over a period of 3 years.

Alternatively, if you are an investor with an asset base that can be used as collateral, we are offering cash returns on the value of equity you can provide.
